Suffolk Self Catering Cottage Holidays

We are delighted to offer stylish and contemporary self-catering holiday and short break accommodation in our beautiful 16th century Suffolk farmhouse and newly renovate holiday barns. Dominic Richards, who also owns nearby historic Yaxley Hall, has spent considerable time carrying out the pain-staking restoration and restyling of this wonderful farmhouse and nearby farm buildings to produce stunning holiday accommodation of the highest standard.

The countryside around the Home Farm is some of Suffolk’s most attractive, yet this idylic and stylish holiday accommodation is easily reached from the main A14 trunk road, or from Ipswich’s main railway station (London Liverpool Street is 70 minutes away). The farmhouse is located near the beautiful village of Coddenham, with its cosy country pub and traditional village store, and is situated directly on the 6 mile sign-posted Shrubland Estate Walk.

The beautiful county of Suffolk offers a diverse wealth of exciting and authentic experiences in a setting which blends contemporary modern living with centuries of history and tradition. Wide open spaces and rolling landscapes, stunning coastline and delightful beaches, postcard villages, wonderful churches and historic buildings, castles, ruins and stately homes combine to make East Anglia the perfect destination for self-catering cottage holidays. An incredible variety of fresh locally produced food and drink combined with a delightful range of accommodation, attractions and events and within easy reach of London and Cambridge, Suffolk offers visitors a chance to indulge in the gentle pace of rural England.
