Yaxley Hall Home Farm is available to rent as short term holiday accommodation at the following weekly rates.
One week (7 nights) commences from, and ends on, a Friday.
Short breaks are available from Monday to Friday (midweek 4 nights) or from Friday to Monday (weekend 3 nights).

Included: Bed linen, towels, complimentary toiletries, flat screen TV, DVD, I-Pod docking stations, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, high-chair / travel cot by prior request, enclosed garden, outside seating and BBQ

Provisional reservations may be made by email or telephone and will be held for a period of 7 days pending receipt of a completed reservation form and payment of the booking fee.

Check-in time is from 4pm on the date of arrival, and check-out time is 11am on the date of departure.

You must pay £250 as a booking fee in order to reserve Your stay on Your chosen dates.
Because the Farm is generally let out a long time in advance, You agree that this sum is non-refundable. The remainder of Your fee is payable in full (by cheque to Retreat East Limited) one calendar month before Your stay is due to begin. We reserve the right to cancel any booking for late payment.

You may cancel Your stay at the Farm up to one calendar month before Your stay with only the forfeit of Your £250 booking fee. Any cancellations received after this point, however, will lead to the forfeit of the entire sum paybale by You under this Agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel Your booking for operational or other reasons. However, in the unlikely event that We have to do so, all money paid will of course be refunded to You without deductions (including Your £250 booking fee). This will, however, be the extent of any liability by Us in such circumstances.

We accept full liability in the case of any personal injury to You caused by Our negligence. We regret, however, that We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to any property. In all other cases where any liability is established on Our part, this liability is limited to the amount You have paid under this Agreement.

The Farm is a historic listed building. For this reason, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the farmhouse. Any damage or unreasonable cleaning costs caused by You or Your party must be paid for by You in full.
