Yaxley Hall Home Farm is available to rent as short term holiday accommodation at the following weekly rates.
One week (7 nights) commences from, and ends on, a Friday.
Short breaks are available from Monday to Friday (midweek 4 nights) or from Friday to Monday (weekend 3 nights).

Our online reservation system will accept 7 night (Fri-Fri or Mon-Mon) reservations, 3 night (Fri-Mon) reservations and 4 night (Mon-Fri) reservations, along with combinations of the above to create longer stays.

To make an online reservation please click on the date you wish to arrive, then click on the date you wish to depart. A deposit payment of £250 is required to confirm and secure your reservation. Deposit payments can be made via Paypal (Paypal account not necessary) and also by BACs or cheque by post.

Provisional reservations may be made online, by email or by telephone and will be held for a period of 7 days pending receipt of a completed reservation form and payment of your £250 deposit.

Check-in time is from 4pm on the date of arrival, and check-out time is 11am on the date of departure.

Because the Farm is generally let out a long time in advance, You agree that your £250 deposit payment is non-refundable. The remainder of Your fee is payable in full not later than one calendar month before Your stay is due to begin. We reserve the right to cancel any booking for late payment.

You may cancel Your stay at the Farm up to one calendar month before Your stay with only the forfeit of Your deposit. Any cancellations received after this point, however, will lead to the forfeit of the entire sum paybale by You under this Agreement.

We reserve the right to cancel Your booking for operational or other reasons. However, in the unlikely event that We have to do so, all money paid will of course be refunded to You without deductions (including Your £250 deposit). This will, however, be the extent of any liability by Us in such circumstances.

We accept full liability in the case of any personal injury to You caused by Our negligence. We regret, however, that We cannot accept any liability for loss or damage to any property. In all other cases where any liability is established on Our part, this liability is limited to the amount You have paid under this Agreement.

The Farm is a historic listed building. For this reason, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the farmhouse. Any damage or unreasonable cleaning costs caused by You or Your party must be paid for by You in full.
